Substance Use Disorders
If you are struggling in this area, you are not alone. Substance Use Disorders affect over 20 Million Americans age 12 and older, according to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
According to findings from the 2020 National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH) nearly 30 million respondents who use alcohol and over 10 million respondents who use drugs other than alcohol reported increased intake of substances than before the COVID-19 pandemic began. If you are struggling with increased substance use, you are not alone.
